We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via UPS or USPS usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that custom patches and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are the meal prep containers included with the backpack?
While our backpacks feature dedicated insulated compartments for meal management, containers and ice packs are sold separately unless specified in a bundle deal.
Do you ship your products internationally?
